Sponsorship at the Festival

The Saint James Parish Festival for 2021 will start on Tuesday, October 12 through Saturday, October 16.  In 2019 we had thousands of attendees and hope to be able to do the same or better this year. Part of our success relies on sponsorships from the community. We would like to ask you to please consider being a Sponsor so you would have a space in the Festival to promote your business. The cost for the Sponsorship is $200 which covers the cost of a 3’x 4’ banner which will be prominently displayed for the entire 5 days. All we would need you to provide is your company logo for the banner.  If you already have a banner with your logo, let us know so we can use it rather than having another printed.

If you would like to have your business marketed at our Festival, please download, print, and fill out the sponsorship form (download link below) and submit it to us with your check in the amount of $200, payable to Saint James the Apostle Church, 45 South Springfield Avenue, Springfield NJ 07081, and write “Festival Banner” in the memo portion. We ask you to kindly send it to us no later than September 30, 2021, to ensure we will have your marketing materials printed in time to be displayed at our Festival.
