Please Advocate for Catholic School Students in the New Jersey State Budget

State lawmakers are negotiating the FY23 State Budget. Two issues in the budget that are important to Catholic schools are requests for increases in transportation aid – so students can get to school safely – and compensatory education – extra help for struggling students. Many of our families rely on these programs.

The NJ Network of Catholic School Families and the NJ Catholic Conference ask that you use the Voter Voice system online to email your local State Legislator to request these modest increases in the State budget.

Click here to find the Action Alert highlighting the issues and the link to the Voter Voice system. Please share the Action Alert with your community and post the Action Alert on your website until the end of June.

Thank you for supporting the students and families of our Archdiocesan Catholic Schools. For more information, contact Mary McElroy in the Office of Catholic Schools.
